Barry won with the squad Jimmy put together. Despite winning one the mid-90s Cowboys wasn't as good as the early 90s team. Thats mainly due to the coaching. Aikman said it himself

Saban was an average coach in NFL. Belichick is maybe the greatest strategist I've seen in any sport.
