Telling someone that you agree to protected sex and then sliding into them raw, without their permission/knowledge is scummy behavior and is exposing her to more danger than she was willing to go to.

Compare a women asking you to take a condom off and you consenting to it by taking it off to you telling a woman you agree to have protected sex and then slipping into her raw, without her permission or consent.

Sex is a RISK. That what I said. You say he exposed her to much more but how would she even know what you are being exposed to? You cant quantify that statement. If he had herpes the condom woudn't help prevent that and thats much worse than the curable stds that condoms do prevent. Sex is always a risk. There is no guaranteed "safe" way to have sex. It will always be a risk..
Once you consent to it there are a million things that can happen outside of your control. From the condom breaking to pregnancy. That's the risk you take. May not be cool he took the condom off but thats just a part of the risk you accept of when having consensual sex with people.
You say tricking aint cool but women do it all the time. A man can't sue if a women lies and says she is on birth control and get pregnant. You can even sue if you catch an std unless you can prove the person knew they had it.

I agree it's not cool. I disagree with it being a legal matter. Possible exposure to stds and pregnancy is just a risk of having casual sex. Cause when a woman tricks a man like in the scenario you posted they don't consider it a legal issue either. Why do you feel like laws should be different for men and women?
