Condoms dont stop every std. You can still catch herpes etc.. there is always risk when you have sex and plenty of body fluid can get exchanged. And condom can often break too exposing you to everything you mentioned above. If you are not willing to accept that risk then you shouldnt be having sex period.

Did she give him oral with a condom on too? I bet the answer is no. See how silly this can get?

Car accidents happen all the time but that's entirely different than me unbuckling the seatbelt of the person in my passenger's seat and slamming the car into a fukking wall.

No one said condoms protect you from everything, you idiot. I said that she consented and agreed to practicing protected sex, which is still SAFER than having sex raw (No matter how much you deflect) and your assumptions about oral sex are both irrelevant and unfounded so congrats on that double whammy of failure.

Telling someone that you agree to protected sex and then sliding into them raw, without their permission/knowledge is scummy behavior and is exposing her to more danger than she was willing to go to.

A condom breaking during sex =\= tricking someone into unprotected sex
The funny thing is the same dude who'll complain about the rape charge, will blame the woman for getting pregnant? :dwillhuh:
Hell yeah it's a women's fault for getting pregnant. She should know her ovulation schedule or least be on some form of birth control.

You ain't ever been fukking with a condom, then halfway through take it off, because the feeling is garbage, most of the time, women are the ones begging for it to come off....

Compare a women asking you to take a condom off and you consenting to it by taking it off to you telling a woman you agree to have protected sex and then slipping into her raw, without her permission or consent.

The fukk is wrong with y'all? If you really wanna go raw, you just fukking say "Damn baby, I wanna feel all of you" turn telling her you gonna take the condom off. If she's getting fukked right, she'll most likely consent and it takes like 2 fukking seconds and a couple of words.

So women can't feel the difference between a condom and raw :camby:

So if a wonan poked a hole in the condom you used and because of that you got her pregnant would you be ok with that?

Doesn't matter. Condoms still greatly reduce your chances of getting most stds and not all condoms break especially in this story where that a$$hole took the condom off and exposed her to much more that what she would have been with a condom

If she wants to have sex with a condom either do it with her or move into another woman who wants it raw. Tricking aint cool

Sex is a RISK. That what I said. You say he exposed her to much more but how would she even know what you are being exposed to? You cant quantify that statement. If he had herpes the condom woudn't help prevent that and thats much worse than the curable stds that condoms do prevent. Sex is always a risk. There is no guaranteed "safe" way to have sex. It will always be a risk..

Once you consent to it there are a million things that can happen outside of your control. From the condom breaking to pregnancy. That's the risk you take. May not be cool he took the condom off but thats just a part of the risk you accept of when having consensual sex with people.

You say tricking aint cool but women do it all the time. A man can't sue if a women lies and says she is on birth control and get pregnant. You can even sue if you catch an std unless you can prove the person knew they had it.

So if a chick poked a hole in a condom and you used it and she got pregnant would you be ok with that?

No I wouldn't cool with it. But legally there is nothing a man can do about it. Women trap men all the time. They will just say you shouldn't have been having sex with her in the first place.

That's the point.

If you wouldn't be cool with it happening to you then why not side with the lady in the story for going all out against him?

I agree it's not cool. I disagree with it being a legal matter. Possible exposure to stds and pregnancy is just a risk of having casual sex. Cause when a woman tricks a man like in the scenario you posted they don't consider it a legal issue either. Why do you feel like laws should be different for men and women?
