I'm personally an Android guy. The whole notion that Samsung makes platic phones like the sh!t is some flimsy piece of lego is silly. Have you seen what happens when you drop an iPhone? We give iPhones out at the job and the amount of broken glass is just ridiculous. Even still, all this back and forth to me is pointless. The market is clearly saturated and smartphones are a main stay now. It doesn't really matter who you go with you are going to have a solid experience at the least. I tried for years to get relatives to stick with Android phones but in the end they just switched over to the iPhone. I KNOW some of them just did it simply because they wanted to be like everyone else. Others just got sick of dealing with Android phones.....so they say. They never could articulate ehy but they swear they had good reasons.
And really my view on that is

Like I said, I give out iPhones at work. They are well made phones. What I will say is, at this point, I don't get the "I must line up for days in order to get one" craze. It no longer makes sense. Outside of that, I could care less what kind of phones people have nowadays. One of my best friends just switched over to the Note 2 a couple of months ago. He was an iPhone guy from day 1. He LOVES that damn phone. As a matter of fact, every person, not reviewers, but real people that I've talked to that has a Note whether 1 or 2 has raved about it. I was in a club a few months back and a little sexy hispanic chick pulls one out and the geek and me had to ask her about it. She just went on and on........and on. LMAO. And I really did not think that big ass phone was getting that kind of love. Another friend who is on the low end of the tech totem poll and who has always had Blackberrys and never had an Android or iPhone recently got last years HTC One X because he didn't want to spend much on a phone. He's had nothing but good things to say about and his transition was smooth.
I have an iPad and love iOS on that device, but oddly enough I can stand it on the phone. Where as I throw Android tablets in the bushes. I don't know what to tell you. I just think for most people, you can just get whatever phone fits your budget and be on your way. This isn't 2 years ago when it mattered which one you got ;).
