Except she still wants to wrestle, you are right, acting is just a side project for her right now, and is just potential. But more potential than 99 percent of active wrestlers have right now so... You could load up her IG story on any random day earlier this year, it's a buncha shyt about the love of wrestling. She clearly won't leave that behind, she just fed up with how E operates, we seen it a million times before. If she ain't gonna be in the E and wanna continue to promote herself and make connections on the side and have the second best exposure for her brand, you gotta go with AEW.

You putting faith in Tony Khan that he will do right by her especially when we've seen how he's fumbled other major talent previously :mjlol:

She's not 'just a women's wrestler' that's pure hatred.. she was the most over woman on the roster with the most crossover potential along with maybe Bianca at some point.

Her segments routinely outdrew the men's. That's not hyperbole.. the numbers are there. All that said... who said she wants to do acting full time and leave wrestling?

Not really sure AEW would be a great place with how they are with the women but she probably will want to wrestle somewhere.

Do i believe she'd move the needle for AEW? Not really sure because they have fallen in love with midgets who don't draw.

A lot of people in these threads have been alluding to that with how she's going to become this major crossover star. If that's the case, the time for wrestling won't be there as we've seen with previous talents.

i don't believe that she believes she is going to be the next Zendaya. She'd probably be happy with doing minor parts and also wrestling so long as she's not mistreated.

AEW doesn't guarantee much because again they'd have to change philosophy. The midgets ain't hittin

I never said that she believed it, but people on this site sure made the argument that she would for her. It's hilarious that people even mention her going to AEW considering that people on here are always complaining about Khan dropping the ball on talent and the exact same thing would happen to her there.

Tell me would you rather it's best for her to be booked to the 10s in Impact then? AEW is the second biggest, with the most machine behind them, doesn't matter how shytty they are you have to go there if you can't be in the E no more. C'mon this is no brainer....

To be real and 100% honest, she is/was better off staying in WWE and a lot of those other wrestlers than dipped out to AEW and are having second thoughts as well. Like I said, dudes on here talking about her needing to go to AEW are going to be the same one bytching if/when she becomes misused just like the majority of other talent on that roster.

And that’s kinda been my point… if niccas in here so strongly think that she will not do good in AEW and even though it’s still a new company with room to make mistakes and grow (but the coli and IWC won’t allow them to do so) so everything will be overly scrutinized.

Maybe she should go to an HOG, MLW, Impact.

In their minds, they could clone Sasha with somebody else and have her fit that role, and no problem. It’s now a role you’re playing. It’s a role with mid-level actors. Everybody’s a mid-level actor, except for a Roman Reigns, or a Brock Lesnar, or a Cody Rhodes. Those guys are the stars.”

Like, I mean, if Sasha is such a megastar that some of y'all make it out to be. Then she can take iMPACT out of the mud :lolbron:

I mean being honest outside of a short stint with nXt, Impact has had the best woman’s division in the US for the last 20 years….

Meanwhile Ronda's segments some of the worst watched on the show. Bu bu but Ronda is a household name how can that be? Because people know her from UFC, and they don't give a shyt that she wrestling now because people just don't fukk with wrestling like that... And within the wrestling world she is cringe af as an entertainer so the wrestling fans don't even fukk with her like that.
Why you so mad? :russ:

You all don't seem to know the difference between star power and star potential. The Rock has star power, Sasha Banks has star potential.

Sasha Banks can't even cut a decent promo so any talk of it being a foregone conclusion that she is going to take over Hollywood is just delusional stanning.

I mean let me ask you all something; you ever heard of this guy named Stone Cold Steve Austin? Pretty big player in wrestling about 20 years ago. At his PEAK, which was also WWE's peak, he was their biggest star and ultimately the biggest star in wrestling. He did a number of events, appearances, guest spots and I think even a movie or two. He did not become a huge Hollywood star.

The Rock was his peer. Pretty much just as popular during the same time period and arguably the most charismatic wrestler and best on the mic of ALL TIME. It took the Rock a few years before he got his footing in Hollywood.

Stone Cold and the Rock were all time greats and in their prime when WWE was embedded in popular culture and one never made the transition to Hollywood and the other took awhile to catch on. Sasha Banks is a great women's wrestler but so are Charlotte Flair and Bayley and they can both cut better promos than Banks even though Banks has more charisma than both combined. Still, that's not enough to be any more than a bit player in Hollywood. A lot of her connections came from being a top WWE star. Will those relationships hold if she parts ways?

She's been in the Mandalorian and has done a lot of PR and appearances while in WWE. The Miz has been in a movie and does tons of PR as well. What has she done besides the Mandalorian? Is there anything else in the pipeline? She has potential to be something in Hollywood but it's not a foregone conclusion. People with more on their minds than "would drink Sasha's bath water" are ultimately going to be making those decisions. We'll see what happens one way or another.

Also I don't know if AEW is a good idea for her. If she really wants to be a major crossover star she should just focus on strengthening her existing connections and do more networking with guys like Rock, Cena and Batista who have made the transition already. I don't see AEW handling her in a way that will produce the type of profile and image she is looking to attain.
She will forever have good Hollywood connections outside of WWE thanks to her cousin Snoop :yeshrug:

As long as WWE keeps trending towards T&A being more important than everything else combined, they ain't cloning someone like Sasha Banks.

I always say it, The Beautiful People is the greatest womens gimmick of all time, and basically every womens group after that is doing the same gimmick, including whatever you call Britt Bakers group and Jades group too

Hell Sasha did it for awhile with Charlotte and someone else in NXT

Greatest women's stable/tag team ever on this side of the pond, and still under appreciated

TNA was the company that legitimately began the women's revolution
