Damn, weighed in at 207.6 this morning. Admittedly something dont feel right in my GI tract
but thats like a 2lb drop on my wet weight. I might be able to dip under 205 dry by April

Every couple of months I just need a full deload and cant fukking bench for shyt. Everything else stays up though. I will just do like 1-2 sets of BB bench or maybe even switch to all DB bench for a little bit.

shyt is moving. Gonna try and ride a little bit tonight, I think that is helping.
Just felt great today. I do think I prefer the gym by my apt to the one by my job for some reason. O well
Time to start building the lab
I hit my protein requirements I think, but mite have gone over on fat with that full rack of ribs
Yesterday only deviation was Waffle House for breakfast, but again, I must have walked up and down my apt stairs like 20 times. My legs are RAW. Prob not going to do legs until next weekend.
