CABS went well
Hit legs today, got up to 275x8 on squats and put a little weight on hamstring curls. Def preferring the rotator calf machine over the calf raise machine. Not gonna jinx myself and say I want to hit XYZ at the end of the year anymore but I'm happy to be making some progress.
Like I said a million times, caffeine really works. Def gotta work in periodic deloads but it has been doing wonders for my volume. Will def lean heavily on it for this cut.
