Down to 213.4 this morning. We will see how it holds up through the week. Kind of tough having to think about calories again and figuring out how to stretch calories through the day to manage hunger. I have about 900 calories left... debating how to use em up. I think I might do a shake soon, ride and then finish the day with another sweet potato. shyt's not easy but I can tell by my hunger and the scale shyt is working. So I'm happy

Prob gonna finish my day off with a shyt load of Brussels sprouts
Everything else is somewhat holding up though. I threw in pec flys and straight arm lat pulldowns at the end since I'm home today and had some time.
