Weighed in in the 201-202s this morning 
Im not excited though. Scale can be wonky. If I'm still down tomorrow then I will take it more seriously. I had to finish up some moving stuff this weekend... those stairs man. I'm really thinking about hitting the treadmill on max incline for a little cardio. Same time tho I do want to get back into this biking shyt heavy. Which seat do I take
I think I am gonna buy the oly barbell and starter plates (2x45/35/25/10/5/2.5.... 290 total) and start doing my leg workouts at home. Trying to figure out how to schedule everything as well. Might start hitting the community gym to try that treadmill shyt out. We are in the second stage now so cardio has to come up. I want to hit it at least 4x/week at like an hour a pop.

It was rough. Last 3 miles were all hills. I think next ride I will do on my trainer and just take it easy. Hit it in about 40 minutes. I feel like I will be faster on the trainer but we'll see. Heavy squats tomorrow
If I do OK tomorrow then I know I can go a little beast mode with riding. I think I may just do 2 squat days instead of 3 but on the 2nd one I will do Zerchers and front squats. Gonna cap off food today most likely with either sweet potatoes or maybe some pasta 

@ my scale. I did just learn a trick to get it to reset between weigh ins so it should be accurate now. Still holding water and weighing in in the high 203s. Im not gonna drop calories or anything though. I can see my waist is smaller and vascularity is increasing. Just waiting for that whoosh 
I didnt lose it though. I think I need to give it time to let the motor pattern solidify. I could not get my RDLs off at all. Was only hitting 245 for like 5-6 reps while I was banging out 10 reps no problem just Wednesday. I think on the weekends I will just do ham curls. I am a shyt high frequency DLer.
