Time to move up. I will continue to move up through my last set progression scheme (start at 5,5,5, next week try 5,5,6, then 5,6,6, then 3x6 for 2 weeks, then +5)

Checked the scale a few times since sometimes it resets. Gonna see what happens tomorrow but if I'm still up it mite be time for that mini cut 

on my diet. I am completely off script. Gonna make my chicken this weekend and get back on my shyt. On the upside though I have def been making steady gains. And I think some of the weight is just my legs getting built back up as I pretty much stopped squatting for a while on my cut. That is something I will have to be strict about with the next one.
