Looking forward to getting back to it
Thinking about how to use deloads.... I think I am going to do a full deload every 5 weeks. That should keep me from burning out but keep the gains coming quickly. Also give me some time to get more miles in on the bike with the weather getting better.

Tried to superset upright rows with lateral raises. My shoulders screamed "UNCLE". I remember what I was supposed to do now though.
Most I usually do is just meat.
Did dips instead of tricep push downs for a change. Might keep them if they don't start bothering my shoulder again. I took the weight down a good bit and upped the reps for that pump life. I will see how I feel tomorrow. Might break shoulders and legs up over tomorrow and Thursday.
Gonna grab some steak and brussel sprouts tonight.

It's gonna be a little aggressive and miserable though. Been slacking on my cardio too.
