Trying to think how I progressed on each lift
- Squats- back squats aggrated my knees but front squats seem to be OK. I hit 220x8 last summer but I had to fix my form and I'm back up to 215.
- Bench- got up to 245x6 and 215x9 but way too much fukking arch. Back down to ~230x6 & ~195x9 but with new form
- Weighted chins- way up... I was doing ~200-210 on lat pulldowns and now I'm doing body weight + 20... wait, that is just like 225

- Military press- way up- like 15-20lbs
- RDL- up 20lbs

Got a twinge while doing tricep pushdowns. Been going a little heavy AND high reps (was hitting 85 for 5 sets of 12). Gonna see how 3x15x75 feels on Tuesday
Kicked my ass brehs. Gonna stick to riding outside and hopefully ride faster. Avg heartrate was way up so I don't think I need to go for the full hour. We will see.
