I lost all that weight from being sick.... feeling better though. I was in the low 200s not even a week ago. Sunday & Monday I prob had like 1500kcal total max.
Hoping to get down to 175-180, rebound to 190, eventually go no higher than 185. Not trying to be a Mr Olympia ass nikka.... just got my BP done, 122/77 with a resting heart rate of 57
. I just need to get my appetite back. Flat as a motherfukker right now.




Incline curls took a big ass hit too
I was hitting them for 3x10x35/arm no problem, now I'm skruggling with 30. Triceps are OK though. Gotta fukking eat more and get back up

If I can hit 3x5-6x235 on flat bench tomorrow I'm gonna start the cut this weekend. I feel good knock on wood. Still a little bummed because I basically made no strength gains over this "bulk" though again I had a lot of form tightening up to do, but it's all good. Learned a lot over the last year or so. This cut should go nicely though. Well as good as a cut can go.
