Whoosh... low 196s. I wish I remembered the exact #, I was shocked. Should have logged it. Gonna ride tonight

I was struggling with 190, during my last cut I was pulling down 220x10 no problem. I have a pull down rack at home so I might switch to this completely. Gotta put those metal pulleys in though.
Lipolysis is def activated. Gonna take a week off once I'm comfortably under 190

I thought I could have my cake and eat it too a little bit.
but thats looking at my heaviest weight vs my lightest weight. On average it's been more like 1-2lbs. I will tighten my shyt up and see what happens
I tried that 5 set shyt with heavy bench/weighted chins... too greedy. Switching back to the old flow though once the cut is up I'm definitely going up on volume and bringing the bench supersets back. I'm seeing a little more vascularity but shyt's just not moving like I thought it would

It's pretty much a given now that at least 1 of my 2 meals is gonna be a plate of seasoned lean meat. It is what it is. I can still live a little bit... I'm pretty sure I'm gonna grab a double cheeseburger from Wendys for lunch today. Or maybe some chicken fingers from Popeyes. But for the most part... 
Feeling good in the gym as well. Bench is off but what's new? We gon make it :scumbag:
