Cut is going but man I am so ready to get back to making gains again. I got the gain protocol ready to go. We are going to get greedy with the volume



Weigh in this morning was with a good amount of water late last night too. Looking forward to see what my dry + empty weight will be Saturday afternoon.
Resistance is a good bit higher. Have to ride slower. Now I'm just going by heart rate x time. 120-130 for an hour is good enough for me.
