Military press upper day.... easy peasy, just chugging and plugging. Arms and shoulders are swollen, legs are "off-deload DOMSy".... just in a great groove right now.

.... had my shake before the workout, workout went fine. Now I'm looking at this big ass plate of food like
I don't have the appetite for all this shyt. I'm debating trying this again tomorrow.... if I can survive heavy lower day on a whey shake and candy bar that might be the move when I'm above my weight target and more importantly when I'm cutting. This could make jumping right down to 1900-2000 manageable

But later that day my knee really started to bother me. By the time I went to train wifey that night it was pretty bad. Like a 3-4/10 on the pain scale. I took some painkillers and rested it yesterday (no cardio :scumbag: ) and now it's feeling a lot better. Still on the fence on heavy squats tomorrow though.
Will be great to have all my shyt on hand for analysis.
