What are you trying to get down to this round?Weighed in at 190 flat this morning. Kind of a cheater weigh in though, it was right before I broke my fast around 11:30. Seeing more details already though, which is a nice balance to getting flatter. Gonna take that first weekly progress pic some time today, once wifey is out of the garage. Get that consistent lighting. Anyways down damn near 3lbs first week.... pretty good. Probably mostly water and glycogen but I'm sure there's some fat in there. I don't feel too bad either.... getting used to the hunger somewhat. I think trading 50-70g of protein for carbs was the right move too. Lot more flexibility. A Snickers bar has 28g of carbs
Hit "volume" upper and lower yesterday. Went OK. Highly branched cyclic dextrin is a fukking life saver. Easily worth the 100 or so calories it adds on workout days.
