South Carolina high school threatens to fine families $1G if they 'yell out' cheers during graduation

So I went to a predominantly white small college prep school in D.C. My graduation class was only 50 ..needless to say my graduation was golf tournament quiet but I've definitely been to the opposite especially at black schools lol...

Not only can they NOT legally fine someone for this, they have no way to enforce it. Nor do they have the authority to CITE a fine.
Families should cheer for every single student that crosses the stage now just to be petty. Or have their own graduation.

all the schools basically had their graduations in the same building, 4 hours apart.

people would be delaying shyt. just get your degree and get the fukk off the stage like everybody else
