Yep. If she's still get ~1.25-1.5% of the box office like it appears she got for Endgame, Disney could have probably negotiated a similar percentage for the premier release. But now, Disney's probably going to have to pay up more than that.

Nahhh the deal was between Stan Lee and Marvel, so I’m guessing that they owed him a percentage of whatever profits they got from Sony and other related Marvel movies involving his characters. With that being said, I’m not sure if that changed or whatever once Marvel got sold to Disney.

Marvel didn't get hardly anything from those Spiderman films. I think they only got $6 million from the first spider man movie.

That’s not Stan Lee’s problem though

They owed him 10% profit from toy sales and movies from his characters being used and they tried short changing him. Hence them going to court in the first place.
