If you want raw sex go to Japan especially for my IT brehs who can get a contract gig there and stay long term. The STD rate there is very low. Get yourself a chick from the country side. Make sure she's Japanese too and not a Chinese tourist.
Korea is a bad idea. The girls there (the ones willing to have sex with foreigners specifically) are more slutty and apt to have something and not get tested out of shame.
The HIV rate in Japan is almost non-existent: Remember AIDS? It's still a threat ‹ Japan Today: Japan News and Discussion (~1000 out of 100 million) so you probably won't get the big one but that doesn't mean you can't get other stuff like the Hep A/B/C etc which can fukk up your liver, heart and pancreas.
Other than that you can try Taiwan. They are very health conscious there so chicks will not be afraid to go down to the clinic and get tested. It's not a big deal for them.
Lastly Singapore. Similar to Taiwan in terms of education on STDs and sexual health. There are a couple of other places but these are the first that come to mind.
Places in Latin America like Dominican Republic (and some Eastern European countries) forget about it. It costs $10-20 (USD) to see a doc there and most chicks will just drink some tea and wish for the STD to go away.
Costa Rica or Spain is safer in this regard they are much more health conscious with accessibility to affordable healthcare for Women.
Remember, the more obstacles put in place for Women's healthcare in the country the higher the STD transmission rate will be.

If they perceive you as compatible or an "Alpha Male" Women instinctually are trying to get pregnant by you and have your kids.
So if a chick is really into you don't expect them to care about their personal health and be shocked she doesn't suggest protection.
