Why does it seems like it doesn't make sense to try to be the best non-qb position player, in order to get paid, cause that will be the reason nikkas will get rid of you in the NFL?

nonsense. maybe in late 90s. 20 qbs threw for 19+ tds last year, as opposed to 10 in 2003. and aaron rodgers wasnt even one of those qbs
less than 10 teams need a starting qb. tons of young qbs coming out of the draft to the point in 5 years league will have a surplus of qbs and quality, serviceable qbs will be backups.
you can currently buy 3 great players at wr, cb and lt for a price of 1 slightly above average qb such as cutler. its fukking nonsense. 3 great players at CB, SS and FS basically won seattle the chip

rookie contract + low round draft pick. The NFL is designed so you cant keep everyone and rewards teams that draft the best. Teams have recognized though that the QB position is the most important for stability.
Seattle has a great defense...no one individual player makes a great defense. QB on the other hand can change everything(good or bad).

This QB vs CB shyt is silly. Put Revis on my Raiders and we still trash, put Rodgers on my Raiders and we probably battle for a Wild Card spot.
