this and H&C are neck and neck for my favorite Q album, i literally can't put one ahead of the other. if BF does edge out H&C, it's solely for not having as garbage of a song as sexting

wow, not my ranking at all BF & H&C > Oxy >>> Crashtalk >> Setbacks - Crash Talk is disappointing to me given the trajectory Q was on, but I've never liked setbacks as a whole, it's too raw and before Q had direction. There are some slaps, but it's no where near as composed or lyrically sound as his other works
I guess I liked that. Setbacks was a good time capsule project for me and in some ways Black Hippy, a lot of their sound at that time I feel was captured in that project.

i get what you saying, but Q sounded terrible on a lot of those "hippy" beats, it worked for Soul and Kendrick, but didn't fit Q...nor Rock which is why I feel like he was MIA in the 11-12 era of TDE lol
