I don't understand how the WWF doesn't tailor shows and feuds/matches/heel/face based on what the crowd reactions are. this one shoulda ended in Steiner getting the WCW belt

because their stan-base is gonna support them regardless. so they have the green-light to push whoever they want and do whatever.
