No one can seriously win in the NBA without good teammates. It's a team sport.
KILL YOURSELF
You do know Mark Price made 1st team All NBAif u cannot understand that curry depends more on the rules and teammates than anyone else in history, then you don't really know basketball. if you put him on some random team in the mid nineties, he would be at best mark price status. he wouldn't be gettin mvps, he wouldn't be first team all-nba. that is because he depends on having lax physicality and others that make it easier for him to get his little fakkit shots off.
I just saw Austin Rivers say Curry is all but unguardable and the best thing to do is to try to attack him physically.
I saw Kobe get exposed by Steve Nash, drop a 3-1 lead, and watch Steve Nash show everyone why he was the rightful MVP. Kobe wasn't good enough to check Steve Nash and stop him from running the offense while dropping skyhigh efficiency. Did Nash expose Kobe or did the Suns outplay the Lakers?
Curry's range, shooting, handle, and off-the-dribble shooting makes Kobe look like Lebron
It's funny...you can use the same arguments that you use to prop Kobe over Lebron to prop Curry over Kobe.
Curry is a much better shooter, better off the dribble, has more range, better at contested shots, and doesn't care about taking easy shots despite being much less athletically gifted. He does more with less. Can't all those apply to your argument for Kobe being better than Bron?
Players who don't think Curry is dominant domt understand basic defensive schemes and principles. It's that simple.
Curry is like a +10 stat boost for every other player on the court. He's a perfect example of how playmaking isn't just passing (Even though he's a very talented passer with great creativity and vision). His use of misdirection, his offensive gravity, and his basketball IQ is probably top 3 in the game.
Only players more impactful than Curry are Lebron and Durant.
Lebron is the best playmaker, most experienced leader, has the highest basketball IQ, and physical gifts.
Durant is the most talented and best scorer, a great playmaker (Not Curry or Durant's level though), a legit defensive anchor, and absolutely unguardable.
Curry is a scheme breaker. The fact that you have to consistently pick him up 35 feet out already screws up how most defenses get set up. He's not quite the natural scorer Durant is but he's smarter, better at being a decoy, a more talented passer, and he's a better leader. He's not quite the playmaker Lebron is but he's a much better shooter and much better off the Ball. His weakest aspect is that he's only a good defender but he's never gonna be a game changer like the other two.
They all got advantages but I'd say Curry is probably a tad more impactful than Durant on offense (Despite being less talentedX obviously) but much less on defense.
