I don't think it's that cut and dry but OK. It's hard for any logical person to say this dude deserves jail time, but he should definitely get more than probation. It's a fukked up situation but slurring all Asians is outta line.
if a citizen walked into a building and let off a shot by accident, they would DO TIME

he wasnt even there in the capacity of a police officer, so that cant even be applied here :what: werent they not even responding to a call?

:manny: aiight but if you really bout that life you can step outside right now and go set it on some Asians. But you won't. So you sound stupid.

I hope so. He ain't cut out to be a cop. He should face some type of civil suit and akais family should be heavily compensated.
NYC probably putting the cash in the suitcase now. They have to foot that bill. Sue the NYPD Union and Laing too.

I think it is fam. Cops are supposed to be held to a "higher" standard. That's why they get all of this "training". It isn't like a regular job where you can fuk up & get written up or a verbal warning. He took an innocent man's life regardless whether it was on purpose or not. And their should be consequences like jail time because they're supposed to be "trained" for those type of situations. Then he didn't even try to assist in medical help for the man he just shot which is totally unacceptable.

Only reason why I said it isn't cut and dry is because I don't think the people protesting wanted him to face zero repercussions, but they didn't like the fact that he was being held to a different standard than white officers. It's tacky as hell, but also relevant, whether we want to admit it or not.

They wanted some cac privilege extended to that clown to me bruh. That's why they all showed up in droves protesting. I understand the double standard which isn't right but an innocent life was lost though.
