Serious Question - How do we get young black men to stop hating each other so much?

Some of these young dudes have absolutely no love for other black males. You can see the seething hatred and existential dread in their eyes. I believe most of it is misdirected rage from the trauma of being a black male in this society. Knowing that our lives don't really mean much to society at large. And some it is social conditioning from the hyper violent lyrics in Drill rap.

The burden of generational trauma causes the pain in their veins to be projected out and at those just like them. In many ways they replay the Patterns of the past and the music assists in the miseducation and misdirection of the rage they feel within.

The solution is Knowledge of Self and healing the ancestors but really who wants to hear it? The death impulse overrides and overpowers the wish to live and its only compacted since we were the new jits on the block...

You generally don't have to worry about shyt like this with kids who grow up in loving, supportive two parent households.

I don't know how this will get better either, as relations between both men and women are becoming increasingly hostile.

Simple answer is for more young Black men to get exposed to positive male role models in their lives whether it'd be their fathers(ideally) or other men in their community.

I used to be an inner city Math tutor. I tutored a lot of misguided Black boys and some of them would curse me out or act rebellious. But I never let them get to me and I showed a lot of passion in helping them succeed and understand Math. And some of the same boys who'd disrespect me started to switch it up and even chop it up with me about life outside of schooling.

They just weren't used to dealing with a brother who wasn't hotheaded or easily triggered by their level of disrespect and who was strictly focused on their betterment and helping them succeed. A lot of inner city Black boys sadly don't get that type of guidance and mentorship from Black men in their immediate household/community which leads to other problems.

The influence of role models is immense. This is why I've maintained rap in its current form is actually a weapon as the uplifting elements (that were sprinkled among endless hours of riding on your enemies, hoe dissing and brick flipping) were excised long ago and what was left was cooked up like crack to make it hit harder, be more addictive and keep the prisons filled.

It would take someone who is street but conscious to get the jits ears then minds to listen as he kicked game to those spinning his tracks. That said when you look at what pops its speaks volumes but this is no different to us back in 9-3 when I was pumping g-funk and this old head said "Nothing but genocide rhymes over stolen beats encouraging badness".

Back then I didn't get it. Now I do. That rage within needs a vent and hearing your feelings over a drum pattern gives you a license to ill so its not like I can sit here and preach from behind the keys because wisdom comes with maturity and in the absence of a functioning male role model there are countless bad examples that will step in to encourage your destruction.

The game is rigged. It takes a nation of billions to hold back one childs Inner Sense and they do this early by poisoning the well with corrosive influence that amps their painful inheritance. Pack em in like sardines, crush their dreams and keep them impoverished whilst the ones getting it in are doing all kinds of wickedness to wear the crown for a moment. You know what comes next.

Not many seek to question the crime behind the rhyme or wish to uncover "Why do I feel like this?". You think any of my friends encouraged doing the knowledge or flipping the script? See why its easier to go with the flow and stay blunted than take it to a whole nother level, dolo if needed.

the internet
has nothing to do with the stress of being black.

a black person raised with good parents that set a decent example doesnt have all this stress...
...yall create that in your head.

im about to walk to the gym and have a nice workout...
...come home, shower and eat some left over pizza.

It starts in the home and it continues with the culture we are raised in...
...its all nonsense.

if youre black youre supposed to be a certain way (according to the culture).

It really is that simple

It's literally da culture. It's literally an acceptable thing to rob, shoot and kill your fellow black man. We cosign it by dancing along to it.

Young black males are constantly listening to music that tells them that other black males are the enemy. That they have to be on the lookout for people that look just like them.

It's literally massaged into our culture. It's programming. It's conditioning.

The most heartbreaking aspect of being a black person with a high sense of racial pride is realizing that a large segment of your fellow brothers don't think the same way.......they literally view you as nothing more than a "n1gga".

Imagine getting lost and you find yourself in a strange neighborhood. You see a group of brothers and you think to yourself "Finally!!!! Some help!!! My brothers are gonna look out for me and get me back to safety!!!"

:blessed:

Wrong. There's a segment of black men out there who are programmed to view you BY DEFAULT as an "opp" and will become automatically threatened by you if you roll up on them asking for directions.

They don't view you as "family" or a "brother".

Best case scenario is you'll get directions but only AFTER they become comfortable with your presence. Worse case is you'll be set up to be robbed and/or killed since they don't value you as a fellow "brother".

It's tough out here as a black man. The rest of the world already hates us and then on top of that we've been programmed to hate each other.
