The road is narrow for a reason. Most of us are not redeemable, so help those who show an earnest desire to change and leave those with hate in their hearts to rot.

I think they should bring back fighting.

Men gotta be sure of themselves instead of reacjing for a gun

Theyre tryna breed the savage outta man, and when you do that they act out violently time to time.

Kids should be learning to fight from a young age. They need to be taught to win AND lose.

Idc if they soft tho. Blk boys who aren't into rap are outcasted. Yall complain about the pookies and ray rays and city girls. Rap promotes all that.

outcasted is crazy lmao you might catch a joke or two that's about it, hip hop isn't a monolith

Stop with the HNIC mentality. You can't think of yourself as a "boss" while looking down on other black men as "lames" and "bum workers"

Black people hate ourselves and use “da culture” as a mask even though we exude our inferiority complex to everyone.

The truth is most Black people view being black as bad until that is changed there’s nothing to be really done.

These boys are brought into a world by parents that hate themselves, taught by teachers who hate them, in a culture which views itself as inferior. :yeshrug:

1.Stop letting the slow nikkas teach the class for one

2.Black parents gotta stop being scared of these kids, YOURE THE ADULT. Use that “I’m the parent and I say so” shyt

3. Being ignorant doesn’t make you more black. Black people are not autochthonous to “the streets” or the projects.

4. When motherfukkers say they not trying to hear well crafted music, they wanna hear people get shot etc, that shyt needs to be mocked.

5. The ignorant nikkas who push ignorance on purpose need to roasted and made fun of.

6. Start seeing “real nikkas” As bums, because on a global scale that’s what they are

7. Stop letting young boys attach gangsterism and pimp mannerisms to their ideas of manhood. Dysfunction is not manhood, none of these things solve problems.

8. Look at all the pitfalls and examples of black folly that we talk about all the time and I don’t know, STOP PERPETUATING IT.

9. Stop feeling like you have to be this caricature of what a “nikka” is supposed to be. Stop following “the meta”. The meta is a box. BUT, there are some things we should be monolithic about—specialization, values, community building, being anti-ignorance

10. Quantity changes Quality

death metal, narcocorrido, it's not the music
There is a HUGE difference in that music and the people that listen to it aren’t making EVERY SINGLE SONG about killing each other. nikkas are out here making 1000 ways to die on every damn track and actually telling about people they killed or plan to kill.

I’ll say it again…take a damn psychology course then come back to this thread again. Actually, get some help yourself if you can’t see how detrimental this music is to us.

Real drill music isn't mainstream, you won't see 22gz perform at the superbowl. Even if it was, it wouldn't affect young men to the point where they would kill over it, whenever these types of kids get violent there were dozens of precursors before the music. It's just not something you can prove, there's too much data to support the alternative, which is poverty.
Then you’re using the “poverty” excuse…

Tell me, when have you heard about us killing to have a roof over our heads, or to get food or money for food or money for clothes, etc? If nikkas are robbing, they are robbing to get money to get high or to buy flashy shyt to stunt in front of others. They are killing over words and women; that’s all. Poverty really has nothing to do with it

This short-sighted value system based on material signifiers of wealth is a symptom of poverty. I don't justify it, so it's not an excuse, it's cause and effect.

You need to do some research because you've seen a couple youtube videos of the wildest examples and know you think that's what young people listen to 24/7. The artists whose albums are 15 track of pure drill are not that popular, you don't know what you're talking about.

McDowell's
boys, in general, are being left behind in schools and socially

before they even get to young men they have been failed by parents and teachers.

teachers are more likely to send black boys to detention or reprimand them. black boys have little to no black adult men in their lives to role model. i'm not talking about co-parenting. im talking about a father there 24/7 or at least a black male teacher they see 5 days a week for school

boys need men in their lives to be men. they have a lot of women telling them what a man is but not exemplifying it. which leads them to be confused about adulthood.

You generally don't have to worry about shyt like this with kids who grow up in loving, supportive two parent households.

I don't know how this will get better either, as relations between both men and women are becoming increasingly hostile.
That's the answer to the issue, we need more intact/functional families. You can talk to them all you want but if they come from dysfunction and abuse, they'll always default to what they know.
