Serious Question: How do we grade Drake as an MC now?

This discussion is pointless on the Coli for a couple reasons.

Coli brehs can't process that somebody who has had co written songs also writes. To the Coli Drake and Kanye never wrote anything in their lives despite them having credits writing songs for others.

The extent to which Drake writes his straight rap is speculation depending on what you believe or want to believe.

Drake is in the same place as a writer to me pretty much. A tier below someon like Kendrick but still a better artist / writer than most of rap.

Drake wrote one of my favorite R&B songs of the last 10 years which is Alicia Keys "Un-Thinkable".

But that does NOT help his standing in the "MC" category.
