nah. It depends which country you speak of. I'm actually dealing with Sino-African relations (which is one of the reasons I'm in china).

For example my country DRC, for every 1 chinese worker, you have to hire 3 congolese. Our politician is very smart, president Laurant is a very young guy in his 30s, these new cats are not being fooled a second time (the ones that are are old dictators). The reason Laurant created this law is to anticipate DRC to be self reliant. Also, he wants china to build factories in Congo, and be the factory for China for when China gets its own middle class in the future. Basically he wants to be like what china was in the 70s, and then eventually once more and more congolese become employed and the university facilities (the chinese are building) are finished, they can be self reliant 100%. I think Angola is going that same route and Nigeria, Ghana and Ethiopia are already there. A lot of these countries are sending their students to China to learn chinese too. and the students are actually going back after they get their BA and BS degrees.

China isn't planting a seed, the chinese have always, throughout history, been great traders and not exploiters. Remember the Ming Dynasty already traded with east africa. It's where the Great Zimbabwe got a lot of money from. same with Zanzibar. We just have a self esteem problem and think that we are too stupid to learn from our mistakes in the past. which is sad because I think a lot of countries have, not all, but many. Botswana is a great example of that.

Informal aid has been the problem with africa, and china doesn't want to go that route. Informal aid never makes it to the people because the shyt goes right back into white peoples hands, think Kony 2012. All that money never made it to uganda lol.

Govt to govt works because if the people find out, they can kick them out. Private sectors can go untraced, the people can run and leave. plus you're giving it to MANY hands, that raises the risk of corruption. govt to govt transactions can be traced by the UN, whereas private can not. Also the chinese are trading for facilities, and TEACHING africans how to build these facilities (thats the key). Instead of giving some guy money, how about giving them an education, teaching a working class how to build, teaching new engineers (who now speak mandarin and were educated in china thus easying communication) how to build dams. The problem is the west came, handed a bunch of money, and then left. No trade, or knowledge was given. So the people had a bunch of money and no knowledge on what to do with other than put the money right back in into the west by having to buy western products

with china, they are actually teaching them how to build, how to make shyt, so its not just handing them money, but teaching them how to hustle and be self reliant.

make no mistake tho, this matters on the country, every country have different govt, laws, people. I can only speak about my region, like DRC, Angola, Rwanda, I don't know much about places like Nambia, Mali, Chad. Have no idea what they do.

China has done more for Africa than Europe has in 100 years. in just 15 years. It's not intentional tho, china just fukking sucks at quality, I mean just look at china itself, the buildings are built horribly hahahaha. I shyt you not the pillars of my old apartment are already cracking and the fukking place is 5 years old, I dont know what it is about the chinese, but they absolutely fukking suck at quality, every spot I've had, have had peeling wall paper. I'm not sure whats goingn to happen with this shyt quality, I guess we just have to wait and see how the chinese adjust to it, and then africa will follow suite. It's expensive to make shyt high end. Germany and Japan have A LOT of money, more than us, so they can do that.

Just saw the second line. well it depends what country, DRC doesn't have a strong dislike for china...yet....Angola is having some civil unrest tho last I checked, but the chinese are doing good damage control, and now Brazil has entered the stage and China is sweating, if they sweat that's good, competition is good, because then both countries will battle it out for trade and thus give good product, buildings, knowledge.

The west is FANTASTIC in mind control/propaganda, the chinese aren't talkers, they're more about action. They need to learn tho if they are going to compete with the west. They need to make africa look within and say "you believe these guys? what did they do to you in the past? have you forgotten your colonial days already?" china needs a PR machine in Africa QUICK. because the west has already begun to get in many african countries ears, that's why I said earlier, a lot of chinese are getting that ass whooped and getting hated in africa, most of that has to do with western folks whispering.

I'm not sure who to believe, deep down I think I prefer china, but western quality is still the best. It's like I want the west to come in and compete with china and start trading fairly, but instinct is telling me not to trust that snake, what they did in the past is unforgettable, and once china leaves, who knows what the snake will do, so I kind of want china to stay. I hope my country doesn't explode on the chinese like in some other countries. They are doing good right now, and I appreciate the new blocks and apartments being built. They might be chinese quality but if africans are learning how to build, maybe we can reinnovate these buildings are selves later, you know?

You call blacks the most sensitive when no one has been put through what we have for nowhere near as long as us. I already know how the Japanese and Chinese feel about eachother and why(I also speak fluent Japanese). But how are the Japanese treated other places? All of those countries you've listed have hard feelings towards blacks as well as the other countries you've mentioned.
