Kobe and now Bron playing at high levels in their year 15 has warped peoples idea of what a year 15 player should look like.

Most all star players back in the day didn’t even make it to year 15 and if they did they were complete shells
Melo's game should have aged better, but I do think conditioning and his knee injuries are what really slowed him down. He wasn't the same player even back in 2014.

He needs to get in the gym. All his problems he's experiencing right now can be corrected

Stamina, jumping ability, defense... all can be attributed to his lack of weight lifting and strength/cardio exercises
Exactly, look how long Ray Allen was able to play because he kept himself in tip-top shape. If u want to call him an extreme fine, but what about Vince Carter and Manu, and Jamal Crawford? They’re very much :flabbynsick: besides Jamal, but they’re in shape for some 40 year olds.

Melo is just allergic to the weight room and dieting and that’s why he fell off so hard.
