how the almond milk taste tho? I keep seeing it in the store but I am reluctant to get it. do you just eat cereal normally with it? and is it an adequate replacement for "regular" milk?

sweet almond milk has a sweet natural nutty taste and smell to it, honestly tastes good on its own but i also use it for smoothies and oats , and it deff is a wayyyyy better replacement compared to normal milk

their was one week , every day i made a banana smoothie with regular milk, everytime after drinking it my belly just kept fuking with me till i switched to almond and i instantly felt the difference , unsweetened almond milk is good too, just in case the sweetened version runs out in shops

yeah i started having issues with milk in my early 20s...it sucked..i used to love having a big bowl of cereal on weekend mornings or after a late night out...but being on the toilet for 35-40 mins after consuming it got old...i had to give it up

Reason why milk is shelf stable over there is because it's "cooked" longer. Milk is heated to remove bacteria(pasteurization) the longer you heat the milk the more safe and stable it is but the less like milk it taste.

Whatever the reason is when the milk you find in America isn't refrigerated they call it "organic" and they make people feel as tho it's something exclusive and charge extra for.. Here in Europe ALL of the milk is "organic " and costs the normal price of what milk is supposed to cost.

And yes this milk that has been pasteurized longed tasted much better than the milk in the U.S..And I ca drink it everyday without worrying about it blowing my guts up...
