Laura Micetich was clinically obese at just 22 years old, weighing 314 pounds with high blood pressure and hyperthyroidism, while being an inevitable candidate for heart disease. The 26-year-old began getting healthy by going to the gym, lifting weights and eating a clean diet, leading her to shed 129 pounds. She cut out everything from her diet except for clean proteins and green vegetables, while adopting a five day weightlifting and cardio routine for one month. What initially began as trying to be a candidate for weight loss surgery, turned into a love of fitness, helping her get to her current weight of 185 pounds
