The only team that makes sense for him out of all the teams are the Rockets but if they aren't offering much, Suns have to do what they have to do. If Wolves want KD, they should go for him and call his bluff. Is KD willing to go to yet another team after the Wolves? Will a max contract be available for him in free agency next season? He likes Ant, spending a year with him can convince him. If he was younger I can see him moving but he's 3-4 years away from retirement, this next team is his last team.

I don’t see a Rockets deal unless a 3rd team sends assets to Phoenix for Jalen Green

And I’m not sure what team thinks he’s their missing piece

OMFG just send this nikka to San Antonio already :dahell:

Spurs don't have to give up a bunch of picks.

They have like multiple 1st rounders in just the next 4 years. U can easily give away ONE 1st rounder (14th pick in this draft), 2 2nd rounders, and any combination of bum ass Keldon, Vassell, Sochan, Wesley, and Branham. shyt, they already gave a lottery pick to MIN for a pick in 2031, i dont see the issue with giving another one away for Kevin Durant, even if he's 36

they need wings and bigs. Try to keep Barnes. Vassell and Keldon are trash tier wings who have been paid already, and they have no real size outside of wemby.
Draft Harper and ur core can be Victor, Fox, Castle and Harper. Have Harper come off the bench like Harden did in OKC. Do NOT put Castle at the 3. Get a stretch 4 like Portis

U can have a starting 5 of:

Fox
Castle
KD
(Trade for stretch 4)
Wemby

That's decent shooting and defense right there. and it can be one of the best starting 5's in the West

Find another ballhandling guard who can run an offense because it's looking like CP0 isn't coming back, and he was like 80% of that team's IQ

stop fukking around and put a team around wemby. they're need to win ~16 more games to be a playoff team in the west compared to the amount of wins they won this season. Havent won 40 games in 6+ years and havent won 50 games in 8 years, and haven't won 5 straight games all decade. Just put a competent team together. No one's tryna hear all that "young team" bullshyt
They’re not getting KD without giving up Castle or the #2 pick. That’s a non-starter for the Spurs

Suns could have kept him if they just traded Booker for a bunch of assets but the idea of having Booker, Green and Beal on the same team is hilarious lol. Wolves are the only one serious so far, everyone is trying their best to see if they can swindle the Suns.

no fukking way Suns are asking for Castle and the number 2 pick. Is there any source to that? That's INSANE
I think they want one of the two but the Spurs are not willing to offer either. Spurs also can't give you a starting big that Suns desperately want. It's probably the worst offer if they are not getting one of #2 pick or Castle.

if the Suns are really asking the Spurs for the number 2 pick and the reigning ROTY for 36 year old Durant, then it sounds like it the Suns not being reasonable

The example i posted a few spots up is more than reasonable for Durant

I didn't hear about Suns wanting both, I think they want one of the two but Spurs have made Castle untouchable and they also want to draft Harper.

then the Suns can go fukk themselves. They have zero assets. HOU isn't gonna give them their picks back,

They're dumb. They should be trying to rebuild and get back draft capital from teams not actual players. Trying to keep booker and compete with him and Beal makes no sense at all

I said “or” not “and”, which would/should be the minimum the Suns ask for along with salary and a few picks. Having Harper, Fox, and Castle doesn’t make any sense anyway, imo
ah. That's still crazy tho isn't it? Suns should be trying to bottom out for draft capital. If they were smart, they'd fire sale Book, KD, O'Neale, Grayson Allen, Plumlee and Monte morris, and start from scratch and hoard as many picks as they can get with those guys. Teams will give up firsts for the combo of KD and Book, and you can hoard a bunch of seconds with those other guys.

But they should NOT be trying to get players to compete. They fukked that up over the last 4 years and then really ended it by trading for Beal. They have 4 different coaches on payroll. It's not working out. It's time to bottom out, come up off KD, man

giving up the number 2 pick in the draft or stephon castle is clearly a terrible move for the Spurs. Suns are trying to fleece and it's not gonna work. That's lowkey another issue with trades in today's social media-driven world. Everyone is just trying to fleece everyone.

the 14th pick in this draft
2 2nd rounders unprotected
And any combo of: Sochan, Vassell, Keldon Johnson, Malaki Branham, Blake Wesley

is more than reasonable for 36/37 year old Durant.

Wizards.

Then they would finally become a 1 or 2 seed.

Tell em Court. :wow:

@PS5 Pro
Only if he's willing to come off the bench :manny:

He likes chasing titles so he should go back to OKC, him and Russ can lead the bench and OKC will win 4 titles in the next 5yrs
I'm gonna assume KD is chasing one last bag, Miami could be a good fit. No to DC, we the new OKC tho which you will see this season

If suns asked for Harper and Castle, I hope the spurs blocked their number

Honestly I want KD Lebron Steph all gone. Tired of then. It’s a new generation of players.

Out of those 3 Steph could still stay cuz he's been with GSW for life.

Them 3 are no longer winning a championship
