Shaq did say he was put hands on Kupchak though and probably threatened him so I can see the other side.
Shaq was clearly on the decline though, and was beefing with Kobe, what is understood doesn’t need to be stated. The injuries, pettiness, and overall
lead to Shaq’s downfall. He’d rather defer to D Wade than work things out with Kobe when Kobe was the best player in the league for a while, as the “big bro” and win more chips as a Laker. All that shyt is water under the bridge though.
