I can understand this but i’ll add the caveat that a bunch of women 30+ have actively tried to be better at this specific complaint coming from men, or at least it feels that way to me.


I’m still wary of “confiding” in women and try not to do it too much or too often. It helps that my life isn’t altogether too stressful the past couple of years but I go through it just like every other black man in America. Thankfully I have a good group of male friends I can talk about stuff with which eases the “need” to have to put any weight on the women I deal with.
