If they were preventing a further assault on a fellow employee in the back as reported, as well as defending themselves, I doubt dude will see any repercussions. Talk about an easy lawsuit
The correct action would be to remove the other person from the situation until this person could collect her things and be escorted out.

Y'all praising the breh for not not retaliating when she slapped him, but what if she would've split his sh!t open when she was swinging that metal pan. He woulda been thinking "Damn, I shoulda put this girl down earlier when I had the chance." He didn't have to smack her back, but maybe a Tongan nerve hold to neutralize her would've been good.

The video shows a woman, identified in the police report as an employee at the coffee shop who was terminated, struggling with two men who appear to also be managers at the store.
According to the APD report, the employee's dispute was not initially with either of those managers but with another employee. The report describes the two women getting into a "heated argument over espresso shots."
The managers then "had to step in and hold back" one employee from attacking the other.

The report describes several events seen in the video, including when the employee who was terminated "grabbed a chair and attempted to throw it."
The video shows that moment, with a manager taking hold of the chair before she was able to throw it.
The video additionally shows the woman being thrown to the ground by one manager at one point, which is not mentioned in the report, and her hitting both managers at different points, also not mentioned in the report.
The video showed her walking away toward the end before suddenly reversing course and hopping over the counter toward the other employee, with the managers again stepping in to pull her from behind the counter. The video shows her then walking out of the shop for good.
According to the police report, the employee was terminated and had her security ID confiscated on the scene, but she was gone by the time police arrived.
"All parties were issued a case number and a time frame in which they can obtain a copy of this report; nothing further to report at this time," the report concludes.

The Truth

Imagine caping for them not getting this a$$hole off premises :heh:
So… she wasn’t “stealing” or none of that shyt?

They fired her then tried to throw her out the store without her coat and purse… which probably had her keys, phone, wallet, etc

But Coli clowns wanted her to just leave without her shyt TO LEAVE WITH.

I really didn’t know The Coli c00ns hated BW this much to cheer some balding white guy slamming her to the ground for just trying to get her things

Can’t hip toss former employees or keep someone against their will. Was she wilding? Absolutely. Is it their job to hold her belongings? Absolutely not. So just give that dusty broad her shyt, file a report and keep it moving. No time for shucking or jiving…

Tensions were high and she could not voice that she just wanted her purse and coat, I assume. That seems like a reasonable request, “Give me my coat and purse so I can leave”.

I would have gave her her stuff but it just seems like it escalated quicker than anyone expected.

Especially if the footage is directly after they had to separate the two.

It looks like every thing probably transpired in less than 5 minutes; the initial argument, the firing, and the video

You think you can just waltz onto private property to retrieve something? At an airport no less :heh:
I had to look this up because I honestly didn’t know any better

Trespass laws say that if you’re told to leave, that supersedes everything if you’re on private property.

Her belongings don’t mean shyt at that point. She’s gotta go. Being at an airport just made things worse for her.

The point is that the management made the situation much worse than it already was because they wouldn't let her get her shyt after firing her.

Management might get fired for this.
Wrong. They don’t have to let her get shyt BUT they have to arrange a time later for her to get her stuff. In the moment, she’s gotta go.

Exactly. “But my stuff is siting there” isn’t law
