That is a cape for a crazy, belligerent, violent person.

There was supposedly a fight....management stepped in and got between them. At that point she was no longer allowed behind the counter.

The video clearly showed she didn't give a fukk...Common sense would be her realizing she was on camera acting a fool and managers were stopping her...whybdidnt she just go get get security or police since you talking about common sense?

You said a whole lot of nothing here my boy. The simplest step is give her her shyt so she can go. She will still be fired. She can still be charged with whatever you wanna charge her with. Holding her stuff was not necessary and put your emoloyees at harm. And yourself bc now you gotta slam a 15 year old and justified or not it’s a potential legal headache no one wants

To argue anything else is just internet debate theater ‘well why didn’t she…’. Completely irrelevant

This was never about her sh!t. She was clearly tryna get back at ol girl at every trip. Everybody there knew that. Her fake strutting with some bullsh!t in her hand doesn't change that. She'll have time to think about that on that no fly timeout.

Potential lawsuit/charges, even if flimsy you’d need to hire a lawyer
Your fate at the hands of the internet woke police who will decide whether you were excessive and if so, get doxxed and have the internet ruin your life

I'm a senior software engineering manger with over 30 reports across the country...including Mexico and India....and successfully fired two people through PIP escalation in the last 3 years and worked with security to shut down various contractor badge and security access to our systems during releases
