You right you right, if someone sends pressure you can only throw to a receiver or take a sack. throwing it out of bounds is not an option. I'm glad I'm learning new rules today :blessed:
I mean the play is right there posted above.

The defenders were on his ass before he could even finish dropping back. He tried to get out of the pocket and there was another guy there. Like maybe a veteran QB could have gotten out of it, but those types of plays are usually the ones that end in a sack.

Lamar Jackson was sacked 5 times this game. Nobody would come out of the game saying he sucks cause he held the ball too long.

The Ravens have a terrible line and Myles Garrett had 4 of the 5 sacks.

Lamar is playing hurt, Baltimore has a bottom 5 OL and he's the most athletic QB of all time which is why he normally can get away with holding the ball. Stop with this dumb comparison. Shedeur isn't Lamar.

Oh so taking 5 sacks as a vet is ok.

But a rookie taking sacks in his first game behind a terrible line is an indictment on his skills/decision making.

You can’t keep it consistent cause your narrative is based on your feelings not what actually happened in the game :francis:

It’s just one big Juelz at this point. The tape already been broken down and the bias towards Dillon already been proven. these guys are just thirsty to hate.

Shadeur has taken a ton of sacks his whole career, doing exactly what he did on sunday.

Now he can change that, but as of today this is and has been true.

Again, within the context of the game on sunday plenty of QBs would have taken those sacks.

I could see if he was taking sacks on 1st/2nd down or getting knocked outa field goal range or something. Then yeah you can criticize those sacks.

But in this game all of his sacks were on 3rd and long in baltimore territory, with an extreme blitz.

Baltimore knew they could send the house cause the browns have a shytty line, a rookie QB, turmoil at the coaching level and they abandoned the run.

Don’t care what you think about Shedeur those are insurmountable circumstances for most(All?) QBs in the league
