Hockey is the only sport where fighting is not only allowed, but it is encouraged. There's a lot of white people that hate the fighting aspect and call fighters every name in the book.
Now, as far as the double standard when it comes to fighting in other sports, then I agree with that. I just hate the "well, they fight in hockey and that's cool" stuff. Don't need to bring up hockey to get the point across.

not only that, hockey players are on the ice going at like 30mph, enforcers and goons (look up what the word goon means) play like 5-10 minutes a game, and their job is basically to protect the stars, if a ddue gets hit from behind, dirty etc. then it is their job to go out there and make sure dude doesnt do it again.

It's like crying about fighting in boxing. I don't understand the connection. Whites fight in hockey and are criticized by other whites for fighting. Nevertheless, they are both very physical sports that are played with a lot of emotion. One would say it's way more physical & emotional in football. There are cheap shots taken out in football, knees being taken out & fingers broken on purpose, etc. A defensive player can take a cheap shot on a QB & that QB's offensive line will be quick to jump in to defend his teammate. I see no difference
