I kinda think Urban thought he was being positive by showing how Cardale "matured" or "came of age" but yea that shyt always comes back on the player when scouts start brining it up., and running it into the ground.

I wouldnt even be upset if Urban told scouts this. Cause he has to build a rapport with them and he cant have other players miss out because Urban was lying for Cardale.

But its not even 24 hrs later. Chill.

Truth is. Urban LOVES Braxton and JT as guys. Cardale...not so much.

Cardale is a better pro prospect though. JT is the better college QB.

Can't get by in the NFL on just talent...Nothing wrong with STARTING more games and getting a feel for the position. Yeah, he COULD leave, but I don't think that would be the smartest move if he wants to STAY in the league...if he just wants to get paid, yeah leave now...

But the deep ball threat just isn't there with JT in the same way. That makes a HUGE difference on any level of football.

Cardale also doesn't get rattled or the moment get bigger than him. I remeber JT looking legite scared against VT. I supported JT at the time and said we should give him time.

But Cardale never needed that time...He always acted like he was SUPPOSED to be out there.

Another thing is that JT is injury prone, he hasn't finished his last 2 seasons of football ( He got hurt his JR yr of HS and missed his whole senior season)

Cardale can truck over linemen.

This is what I feel should happen if ALL 3 stay:

You got some easy ass games on the schedule. There is no reason that they cant all get playin time during those easy games. The problem will be the big games. All 3 will want to play the whole game.

The only one truly ready for spring practice is Jones. That give him the nod
