when a women has sex with a man while drunk. its consensual at the time. but when she wakes up and regrets it all of the sudden its rape? no. thas not okay at all. if thats the case then drunk driving shouldnt be a crime because your brain was impaired by the alcohol how could you make a decision to get in a car and drive?

not most of the time.. you cant make a consensual decision if your past out.. point blank is that driving drunk your putting people's lives in danger. if your blacked out someone is taking advantage of that and causing harm to you..
