Your not in a state to be making decisions. That's the whole point.

Your not in the state to operate your own bodies motor skills, why would you operate machinery which requires those same skills??

you just answered your own question. thats what im saying.

Your not in a state to be making decisions.

how can you be punished for making a decision when you werent in any state to make said decision. that just doesnt make sense to me.

I usually hate @Indica threads but lil nikka has a point. Both situations have impaired judgement. It's less about the drunk driving and more about the woman. If I can go to jaul for driving drunk, a woman should not be able to have a man incarcerated because she drunkingly slept around.
Real ish.On the flip side, I do agree that driving drunk is a crime.. for the main reason that most people who drive drunk, are not just driving with alcohol in their system. They are driving way past the point of a couple drinks.

I still drive after watching the game with the homies and having a beer or two. BUt thats much different than going out and getting hammered and then attemting to ddrive. I feel the same way with driving. If you are driving high as a seasoned smoker, no big deal imo. BUt if u smoking while driving or getting high freaks you out because you dont have a tolerance and get paranoid and shyt, its only a matter of time before you get distracted and mess up

Not too recently a cac-thot got WGW and tweeted "too drunk to care" jumped in her car and killed two people in a car crash.

That could be you.

And if your dumb enough to start with that "naw I can handle my liquor but these road lines can't handle me" you're already on your way to the scrapyard.

im never drunk driving again. after the last time its a fukking miracle i didnt kill myself or someone else. luckily it was 3am and i didnt come across no patrol cars.

I think I get what you mean now, although it was worded poorly and are still wrong
You are saying why can some people be held accountable for their action while drunk while others can't
If a drunk girl does something illegal (like, oh i dunno, lets say drunk driving :yeshrug:), it's still illegal and she is still held responsible for it
Other people sleeping with a person in this condition can be seen as taking advantage of an impaired individual as the action is on them, not the impaired person

The same happens to males while at casinos. If they have a guy gambling intoxicated to the point he is beyond reason without cutting him off and allow him to continue in that state, they will be seen as attempting to take advantage of an impaired individual and can get in big trouble. This doesn't mean that the guy has thrown all consequences to his actions in the bushes and gains diplomatic immunity :beli:

:stopitslime: But I see what breh is getting at.

I do not think having sex with an obviously drunk person is rape as long as that person is conscious, isn't saying no, is participating, etc. Is it scummy? Hell yeah, but it's not criminal.

shyt happened to me in my younger days and I was mad as hell at dude b/c he knows I wouldn't have fukked him if I was sober and it fukked up the friendship we'd had since were were kids (:mjcry:), but it's not "rape."

Full disclosure - I'm a feminist. However, the shyt ya'll be railing against are morso that white lady Tumblr feminists that makes everything men do a crime. These women are usually ugly or otherwise undesirable and are mad at men for not wanting them. They're just like the retarded faction of MRAs that mirror them (oh I'm a men's rights activist too b/c I have three sons!), they all just need to get laid.:yeshrug:

I understand what youre saying. Theoretically you would be intoxicated and therefore unable to make a good decision.

But when it comes to consent, you cant say yes to sex while drunk, but can say yes to driving and be held accountable

Y'all missed the point because you always get too godamn emotional:upsetfavre:.

He's saying that if a girl gets drunk and gives consent for sex, she can then claim that she was inebriated if she regrets the decision and press charges.

So if I get drunk and make a bad decision, such as drunk driving what's the differing factor between the two.

And we're not talking about rape, we're talking if both parties initially consented.

Stop being emotional fukkbois and answer the question properly :stopitslime:
