you arent understanding what im saying. im not saying its not wrong to drink and drive. im saying it shouldnt be a crime because how can you expect a drunk person to make a correct decision to rive or not? especially when a drunk woman cant give consent to sex. how can a drunk person be in the right mind to get in the car or not?
