Should everyone be fired for this NY Post Cover (Dying Man Subway)

As someone who as lived in NY for a decade, this is by far the worst cover ever. How did anyone approve this? Also the guy had time to take a picture but nobody was trying to help the guy get up? This is sick on so many levels. The guy ended up getting ran over and died. Whoever approved this and bought this photo should be suspended or fired.
