he could of jumped in the drain on the track, that's how that guy who got the medal saved that autistic kid: by jumping on the tracks when the train was coming and pushed him in the drain and the train passed over them. but maybe that guy was in shock or just didn't think under all that pressure.

btw people get hit by the trains here so often that paramedics named the different ways in which it happens. what happened to this guy was most likely a cockscrew cause he probably got caught between the train and the platform and as the train move forward his body is twisted like a cockscrew.

Not shocked. The guy who owns Fox News owns NY Post, Rupert Murdock. The NY Post is a tabloid status. But the family should sue them for putting that photo up there.

I'm pretty sure all traces of that video have been erased by now, haven't seen it in so long. That was in Herald Square.

Each station is built differently though. We don't know if he was close to the drain there or how deep it is in that station.

If he ran to the other side, he might touch the third rail and get electrocuted. A person would also need extra strength to pull his or herself up from the track because its very deep down there. Plus, he might have been so frantic to get up. Stop blaming the victim here.

Exactly, people saying he should run to the other side which is the 3rd rail or down the tunnel. If he wasn't strong enough to pull himself up how would he have been fast enough out run the train. Even slowing down is 30 miles an hour. Also people have to remember he pushed so he could of had other injuries. It's easy to look at the photo and say what he should of done. It's another thing to be at that point with a speeding train coming right for you.

man the thoughts flying through your mind iif you're caught in that position must be crazy. prob a mixture of :wtf::snoop::wow::sadcam::why::to: in less than 5 secs. If somehow i was able to jump back on the platform and i actually saw the person who pushed me, i'm ripping his throat out.

R. Umar Abbasi Defends Taking NY Post Picture Of Subway Victim Ki Suk Han (VIDEO)

Today Show interviews Photographer. Someone in the comments said that he took over 15 shots. Are you kidding me? He even said he sold the pictures. This guy is sick. He says it's the NY Post fault for the cover and that he didn't choose to make that the cover. So my question is Why did you sell the photos? Why did you make money off this man's death. If he had any decency he would of not sold the photos.

It's clear he was looking for a profit and not this man's life. I agree that the guy who pushed him should be the focus but this guy made himself the focus by 1st wanting to take a picture instead of trying to help. I wasn't there so I don't want to judge him but this interview he came off cold and morbid. He said he hopes this changes subway safety and that he hopes it requires trains to come in stations slower.
