I fukked up and got nervous when speaking to one. He asked if I had ADD or ADHD, which I do. I said yes and he asked if I had been taking medication. I said yeah even though I had only been prescribed some, but wasn't taking it/haven't taken it in a WHILE. The recruiter said that I had to be off of it in 15 months. I have to speak with him again so I can straighten this out:francis:

Oh ok, so you still have some time then. Well you can hit me up with questions anytime man, I respond at weird hours since I'm deployed.

The Truth
Cats be thinking they are going to travel in the Airforce until they get assigned to space command and get stuck at Minot and Mountain home
This is true but still

AF treats it's people very good, bootcamp is straightforward:yeshrug:

I say AF.. You can literally box (whether amatuer or just sparring) get paid, learn trade, get certs, get experience, get weapons training, etc...

All within 4 years

Better than college imo AND you get money/assistance to do that too

Yeah in all honesty the AF is good, I gotta remember I just hate the people that make up the air force. The people will piss you off depending on what type of person you are.

The bad part is you have very little outlets for if people are jackasses. If that jackasses is above you good luck trying to get them out of the way without negative repercussions.

And its true, you have Job shyt but then you have military shyt. Depends on what it is though. Working out kills 2 birds with one stone. Unless you're getting deployed, you can find a local boxing gym close to any base and just train up (you will already be in decent shape, boxing will make it easier honestly)

Air Force is the closest military branch to where you're like a civilian. I know because Ive worked joint commands and on AF/Army/Marine/Navy bases and had AF/Army/Marine/Navy COC (Chain of Commands for civies)

And in 4 years you will leave being in your prime if you play your cards right. In shape, certed up, cash in the bank, free college, benefits, possibly a foreign bytch, experience, etc.

That's usually what it is

Trust me, it's worse in other branches. I use to regret not joining AF instead of Navy. People will get on your nerves anywhere you work BUT Airforce literally had the most chill, intelligent, and NORMAL people out of any branch.

And the best way to handle a jackass is to be more intelligent than them. If you have a job that you know like the back of your hand, you will have a lot of chances to tell them to respectfully go fukk themselves

I wholeheartedly disagree the Airforce is the Mecca of backstabbers and snitching and than let's not even talk about how they value checking the block over job production.

This. I got 17 years in the airforce....I can't wait to get out. Most backstabbing p*ssy mfer I have ever met in my life. :francis: I'm telling you. Even when I got to a new base, I made friends off base. In the 2000 era a lot of real people used to join but now, I don't know who breeding these new cats. It's just:hhh:

Yeah I did 4 years and transitioned into the Army when the Blue to Green was going on and for all the pros and cons of the Army I can say I haven't had to put up with much bs...Show up pass the pt test remember some crap show a genuine concern for subordinates and go to school and you'll progress.

Working out at home so I can get ready for the Air Force while learning how to code using Udacity. I can box while I'm in the Air force.

How serious are you about boxing? Just a hobby or you actually want to compete?

Airforce has the WOAT boxing program of all the branches for the record...stay getting trashed in interservice tournaments or not even qualifying.

Army, far and away the best and has the best trainers, and produces the most olympic qualifiers and nationally and internationally ranked amateurs.

If you serious about boxing, choose Army and request an MOS that lines up with the trade you want to learn....also you have to have a high ASVAB score to qualify for those "nerdy" computery type MOS's (i'm sure it's the same for Airforce) or else when you get to MEPS they gonna throw Infantry in your face like they did to me with my mediocre ass score. :pachaha:

Yeah the snitching is at an all time high. You gotta do dirt by yourself. Hell even you dependents cant be trusted because in the case of a divorce......:takedat:the bytch is going to leverage keeping everything by threatening to snitch you out.

But it prepares you for the corporate/yuppy world. If you can get away with or not break any regs while in service, you will great when you leave.
:yeshrug: If you can master being slick while apart of big blue with all the snitches and politics, your a G in my book:pachaha:

Hell yeah i did...Back in the day a lot of brehs were in the military.....I try to tell people that the AF had more regs and AFIs etc than the Army and that the EPR is a muthafukka in the Army you don't get a paper trail until your an NCO (NCOER) but in the AF you can be an AB and that paper trail will follow you for a grip.

Yeah when the sequestration happened they were kicking people out based on shyt they did 10 years ago in tech school

I did :russ::lolbron: behind closed doors at some gung ho lifers "my Air Force" type dudes that got their walking papers during that time. Thought they were getting a retirement, until the USAF said maybe not:mjlol:. Do you know how many people defaulted on car and housing payments because of that?:usure:

My coaches said that I have a lot of talent. It was to the point where they were saying to themselves that all I had to do was learn the game. I have natural power(my coach who won a title as a boxer and went undefeated as an amateur remarked at it. He went 40-something and-0), quick hands, pick up things quick and have quick feet.
