Sick days disappear in the remote working world

Everybody doesn't have that privilege, some people HAVE to take a job:dahell: At least when you have traditional PTO you can take it on a whim and can't nobody say shyt

If you have unlimited PTO, you can take it whenever you want as long as you have manager approval or aren't going AWOL and missing deliverables.

But folks should do what works for them, whether completely logging off while on PTO or staying connected doing just a little so you not overwhelmed when you come back.

I just get PTO and can use it for anything I want (travel, sick day, run errands...whatever). No specified sick days.

They also limit how much PTO we can carryover from year to year so it forces you to take days off. The typical cold/flu cycles that people normally have in the office goes way down with telecommuting.
