Everybody doesn't have that privilege, some people HAVE to take a jobAt least when you have traditional PTO you can take it on a whim and can't nobody say shyt
If you have unlimited PTO, you can take it whenever you want as long as you have manager approval or aren't going AWOL and missing deliverables.
But folks should do what works for them, whether completely logging off while on PTO or staying connected doing just a little so you not overwhelmed when you come back.
