Probably both, and people feel more comfortable saying they have mental health issues as they know they won't be as critically questioned nowadays. Not saying that is the situation here, but once someone says they are focusing on their mental healthy, people have to be as delicate as can be nowadays or they are made out to be some monster for questioning someone.

Ehhh a celebrity/public figure has more access to mental help therapy than the average person. That type of help isn't cheap even if you have insurance.
