Do you even know where the words Celtic and Knickerbocker come from
Celtic:
of or relating to the Celts or their languages, which constitute a branch of the Indo-European family and include Irish, Scottish Gaelic, Welsh, Breton, Manx, Cornish, and several extinct pre-Roman languages such as Gaulish.
Knickerbocker:
A descendant of the Dutch settlers of New York.
A native or inhabitant of New York.
2. knickerbockers Full breeches gathered and banded just below the knee; knickers.
I was talking about the Celtic logo. Another example is the Fighting Irish logo and name.
And I was clearly being facetious with the Knickerbocker reference.
You'd rather we side with the white man on this one?![]()
And what do black people gain from getting involved? Nothing. We'll still get disrespected and no one from other races will help stick up for us.

It's clearly intended & designed to be a racist epithet to Native Americans. I don't think Skins should be a part of a new name...DC has great traditions & history, they really can't come up with a name for a team that reflects that?

I would think empathy is a quality human beings have.
