A coworker of mines just got divorced and is clearly struggling with 2 kids. She brought her 1 year old in because daycare closed early. The little girl was giving her hell. She was being horrible.

All she was trying to do was appease the little girl the whole time just so she could get some work done which of course encouraged the bad behavior and encouraged the child to act up more. Both of her children treat her like crap because they can smell the struggle and use it to their advantage.
