I'm not sure how they got this data and it's interpretation, because we've had stats saying that black men are the most active in their children's lives.

that is not what that report said. the first part was given separation ... then ...

that it not a universal statistic. it's a qualified statement.

Even if they aren't with the mom. This is more of a financial issue with single parent households as opposed to being an active parent.

If men chose better, had standards, had a true commitment to the family, and some discipline in their lives this would drop to single digits in 1 generation. Women follow men based on the man's standard, but yall like it the other way around.
